Attendance, active participation, critical and reflective analysis of the answers to solve the proposed activities will be taken into account.

It represents 25% (2.5 points) of the final grade.

Oral presentation A56 A57 A58 B1 B2 B3 B4 B5 B6 B8 B11 C1 C3 C6 C7 C12 Preparation and defense of a documentary analysis work (individual / group) related to ethical-legal issues of professional practice. The problem presented and the established conclusions, the general reflection, the critical thinking of the group on the case and the justification of the interventions and / or responses through documentary bases, norms and ethical and deontological laws in force will be assessed.

It represents 25% (2.5 point) of the final grade.

Mixed objective/subjective test A56 A57 A58 B2 B3 B6 B8 B11 B12 B16 B24 C1 C4 C10 C11 C12 There will be a written test coinciding with the official date of the exam of the subject at the end of the course. The test will consist of short questions, test type and clinical cases, related to the contents of the course. The minimum score required is to answer 75% of the questions correctly.

This test will account for 50% (5 points) of the final grade.

Assessment comments

Since the content of the subject will be developed by two teachers, the evaluation methodologies can be carried out by each of the two teachers.

The application of the percentages in the calculation of the partial and final evaluation, for the overcoming of the subject, will be subject to that each of the methodologies that compute in the evaluation are overcome by the student according to the criteria that establish the educational.

* 2nd opportunity. Mixed test 100% of evaluation.

* Early opportunity. Mixed test 100% evaluation

* Students with partial enrollment: Mixed test 70% and oral presentation of a work 30% (must be presented on the day agreed between the teacher and the student throughout the academic year).
