To be effective, strategic management requires knowing the factors that determine the company's performance and being able to identify changes (internal and external) that may affect its future performance. In this course, a dynamic framework of strategic management will be presented, exploring a wide range of strategic problems related to the fashion sector, focusing in particular on sources of competitive advantage and internationalization.
