ORGANISATION OF THE COURSE

CALCULATION OF THE FINAL GRADE OF THE COURSE Each Branch has a proportionate weight in the final grade, namely:Public
international law, 75% of the final grade;Constitutional law, 25% of the final
grade. ACADEMIC REGULATIONS All aspects related to "academic dispensation", "dedication to study", "permanence" and "academic fraud" will be governed by the current academic regulations of the UDC.
BILINGUAL DEGREE
- In relation to the
part of Public international law, the final exam of the Course will be written.
It will represent 50% of the final grade and the other activities will mark 50%
of the final grade. Regarding the second opportunity of exams, the system of evaluation will be similar to the one of the first opportunity of exams. - In the
case of the part of Constitutional Law, it is necessary to pass the final
exam so that the notes of the practical activities can be taken into account. The final exam will be written. For the students who obtain a numerical
grade of 5 or higher (out of 10) in the final exam, the final grade will be
calculated as follows: 30% by evaluation of practical activities (in class, deliveries of work…),
and the remaining 70% through the final exam. The students who obtain a
numerical grade lower than 5 (out of 10) in the final exam, will fail the Constitutional
Law part, without being able to take into account the mark of the practices.
