General description
The aim of this subject is that the student approaches Product Design and Development from the point of view of Industrial Design Engineering and also knows how to apply it to Product Design and Development from the point of view of additive manufacturing.
The student will approach Industrial Design Projects and learn the methodology for their development. They will carry out practical projects for the creation of new product concepts and additive manufacturing will be applied as a design conditioner.
Finally, the aim is to acquire skills for simulation using finite elements of structural systems designed for additive manufacturing and topological optimisation.
