In this subject, the context of the information and knowledge society will be presented, communication as a variable that affects the social process. The aim is to look at the sociology of communication and public opinion as an applied and general subject of sociology.
It is a subject with a transdisciplinary theoretical approach, but with an important empirical weight (quantitative and qualitative) that allows students to delve into the analysis of content and discourses, as well as delve into the construction and measurement of public opinion.
