The Final Master Project is the exercise that allows the evaluation the specific and transversal competences acquiered by the students thought the course.
Given the multiple and interdisciplinary nature of the Master, various modalities of the TFM are defined, linked to the different profiles: academic, professional and research.The options proposed are:
1. Research work proposed by the teaching staff of the Master according to art. 40 of the Law 2/2016 of 4.05 of the Cultural Heritage of Galicia.
2. Monographic study (methodological, typological, constructive, etc.) related to the field of restoration, rehabilitation or the use of materials or structural systems.
3. Rehabilitation project of a public space and/or of a building that forms part of a population centre in Galicia or of the student's area of residence, with ethnographic and/or architectural value.
4. Rehabilitation project of a historical or contemporary building with architectural value.
5. Project for the functional rehabilitation of a building
If a Rehabilitation project is selected, it will include the corresponding professional documents at least at the basic project level, considering as a minimum a graphic survey of the current state, a detailed study of the existing pathology, a reasoned and justified proposal for the intervention. It will be completed with the most representative constructive and structural solutions.
