ORGANISATION OF THE COURSE: There are 3 branches of law involved into this Course: Public international law, Constitutional law and Procedural law.

1) Public international law Branch. Lessons: 1-2 and 5-13. Professor of the Bilingual degree: Gabriela A. Oanta (gabriela.oanta@udc.es). 2) Constitutional law Branch. Lessons: 3-4. Professor of the Bilingual degree: Ana Aba Catoira (ana.abac@udc.es). 3) Procedural law Branch. Lesson 14. Professor Ana María Neira (ana.neira@udc.es).

CALCULATION OF THE FINAL GRADE OF THE COURSE: Each Branch has a proportionate weight in the final grade, namely: Public international law - 78% of the final grade; Constitutional law - 15% of the final grade; and Procedural law: 7% of the final grade.

BILINGUAL DEGREE: In relation to the part of Public international law, the final exam of the Course will be written. It will represent 40% of the final grade and the other activities will mark 60% of the final grade. Any attempt of fraud or plagiarism in any activities that will be developed during the course or during the final exam will be penalised with an automatic suspense as the final grade of the Course(0). Regarding the part of Procedural law, the final examination will consist in a questionnaire and will take into account the participation in the interactive class.
