General description In this course, we will see that the course of trade of goods, along with the dynamics of economic transactions, there is a static, specific legal status of economics goods. This static legal status of economic goods has numerous dimensions: ownership issues; extent and limits of ownership; extent and limits of the management, exploitation and utilization faculties of goods that belong to subjects different from the owner. The student will learn that the organization given to ownership is a political and economic response to the issues that arise from the organization and exploitation of natural resources, urban planning, the protection of cultural heritage, the housing and financial market, etc.
Contingency plan 1. Modifications to the contents The course's contents will remain the same in the event that face to face classes cannot be hold. 2. Methodologies *Teaching methodologies that are maintained Resolution of case studies on a weekly basis, which will be available on Moodle. *Teaching methodologies that are modified Face to face teaching will be replaced by teaching through Teams. Moreover, additional study materials will be available on Moodle. 3. Mechanisms for personalized attention to students. Personalized attention to students will be provided via email, Moodle or Teams, at the student's choice. 4. Modifications in the evaluation The assessment of the case studies that will impact on the final grade and the final test will be carried out through Moodle, while simultaneously connected via Teams. *Evaluation observations: The Professor in charge of each group may choose another assessment method as long as it can be done online. 5. Modifications to the bibliography or webgraphy The recommended bibliography will be supplemented with the study materials available on Moodle.
