O obxectivo da materia é describir, detallar e coñecer os elementos principais da xestión de intermediación e distribución dos produtos e servizos turísticos nas axencias de viaxes, físicas e virtuais, tendo en conta o espazo no que se desenvolven na actualidade, as infraestruturas, o marco legal, as novas tecnoloxías e os procedementos operativos.
