General description A materia de Aloxamentos e Restauración, esta dividida en dúas partes: Aloxamentos e Restauración I e Aloxamentos e Restauración II. Aloxamentos e Restauración II ten por obxecto a explotación e dirección das distintas empresas de restauración hoteleira e extra-hoteleira, aplicando as teorías propias da xestión empresarial. Introdución aos procedementos operativos asociados á devandita xestión. Visión individual e de conxunto do funcionamento, estrutura e organización, dos diversos departamentos das Empresas de restauración para unha xestión eficiente.
