General description Computer architecture, organization and design. Introduction to the main performance metrics. Evaluation and optimization of the performance in the building blocks that compound a computer. Introduction to parallel and storage sytems.

Methodologies *Teaching methodologies that are maintained - Lectures will be carried out through Microsoft Teams. - Laboratory practice and problem solving sessions will be addressed using Microsoft Teams and evaluated online. - Objective test will be an online test using Moodle. *Teaching methodologies that are modified - None 3. Mechanisms for personalized attention to students - E-Mail: Daily. Used for addressing questions and requesting virtual meetings. - Moodle: Daily. It contains the online resources the students need. - Microsoft Teams: Daily. Used for addressing questions and requesting virtual meetings in real time.
