O obxectivo desta materia é dobre. Por unha banda, analizar as fluctuacións da actividade económica dende unha perspectiva coxuntural; por outra, explicar as fontes de crecemento da economía ao longo prazo. Para iso,
presentarase e estudiarase a información económica básica. E abordaranse os fundamentos da interpretación da evolución das magnitudes macroeconómicas relevantes.
