-This is a core subject in the Degree in Economics, and hence it will require a sound command of the topics that will be covered during the course.
-The aim of this subject is to study, at an introductory level, different topics about the consumer’s behaviour, the theory of the firm and the competitive markets. All the analyses will be presented in terms of both simple mathematical models and graphic representations. The topics covered in this course will be studied in depth in subsequent intermediate and advanced courses.
