General description The subject ADVANCED ARCHITECTURE PROJECTS, in addition to the theoretical treatment of instrumental and reflection topics, has an eminently practical, analytical and professional approach. The topic covered and the work done on this topic serves as the necessary foundation for the development of the PFC over the next four months in the TFM topic. It consists of the elaboration of a project document, at the Basic Project level, in which the student analyzes the place, represents its current state and develops ideas that come together in an architectural project that defines and resolves relationships, distribution and territorial aspects and landscaping functional, volume and urban implementation, as well as the most relevant aspects of the support and relationship with the land or the materiality and main finishes of its elements. The work, although it is carried out individually, has phases of analysis and collaborative and participatory elaboration, implemented tools related to the management of scales, conditions of use, materials and new technologies. The themes of the project will be chosen for each academic year, taking into account the current problems of society that architecture must solve and that will be developed in the TFM workshops with greater technical and project depth. Through grouping sessions, there will be the opinion of the agents related to the proposed theme and the architects who explain their own work, paying special attention to the work processes.
