The course is presented as a general introduction to the various issues that will be developed later on several subjects in the area of planning. They try to introduce students to the town planning, managing knowledge in the basic instruments and to facilitate, at higher levels, his confrontation with the proposed territorial and urban scale. The subject is divided into two parts: theory and practice, closely related and that run parallel along the course.
