General description he material is developed through this course is essential for the exercise of the profession. The law regulates all areas of our life and career, turns out to be one of the most important. Commercial law is a special part of private law which regulates social relations in a particular field: the trade, enterprise and traders but also the consumer. Therefore, we always affects and are subject to that law. His knowledge is essential for our rights and obligations in commercial transactions.
