This Course tries to make possible the systematic teaching of the international organizations, facilitating the understanding among students of the basic problems that surround to the same. In this regard, it will be studied how they have been created, developed and consolidated along the time whereas secondary subjects of the international legal order, that are able to create their own will, which is different of the one of their members.
