General description
This course is an introduction to teaching the fundamentals of flow and deformation of complex fluids (eg, structured fluid materials at different scales). The course objective is to develop an understanding of the physics of the rheology of complex fluids by teaching important conceptual issues, experimental practices and basic data analysis.
