The subject of Legal-Labor Aspects in Equality, aims to study the labor-legal aspects of equality, such as the different types of discrimination and labor legal treatment that at international, community, state and regional level has this matter . And for this, after evaluating the past, the current situation is studied, as well as the various fields of work in which it is involved, for gender equality.
The content of this subject allows students to manage legal concepts on equality in the field of labor relations and their sources. To achieve legislative, doctrinal and jurisprudential knowledge on gender equality issues.
This teaching of Legal-Labor Aspects in the field of Equality, is carried out from a gender perspective, is not synonymous with sex or women, is a teaching that considers sex and gender as analytical and explanatory variables. It involves paying attention to the similarities and differences in the experiences, interests, expectations, attitudes, and behaviors of women and men, as well as identifying the causes and consequences of gender inequality, in order to combat it.
