General description
The aim of this subject is to acquire the necessary knowledge to enable students to successfully design a new product using polymeric materials. Taking into account the special characteristics that distinguish them from traditional materials, the most suitable manufacturing processes for these materials will be studied. The introduction of eco-design strategies with plastic materials and the reduction of the environmental impact of new products are also part of the objectives that will be dealt with in the development of the subject.
