Theoretical basis for the study of the interactions between the economic agents in different situations of contracts, organizations and markets through Microeconomics and the theory of games at intermediate level. We study compatible shemes of incentives and models of asymmetric information. Analysis of anticompetitive and monopolistic conduct in the industry.
