O contido desta asignatura está enfocado a que o alumnado coñeza os procesos negociadores, analizando o seu desensrolo e profundizando nas características dos diversos interlocutores. Ademáis, se análiza o comportamento dos individuos e os grupos, así como os procesos cognitivos que levan a tomar diferentes decisións
