The objectives of this course are the following:
1º) To study the legal principles that regulate in our legal system the relations between the State and religious or ideological communities as well as the legal consequences of such interaction.
2) To study those fundamental rights that have some kind of link with religious or ideological freedom, such as freedom of education, freedom of speech or freedom of association.
3) Legal effects of religious marriages in our legal system.
