The objectives of the subject are specified in the knowledge of the Law and the functions of the societies, with special reference to the Cooperative Societies with their specificities in the Autonomous Community of Galicia.
In the practical aspect, the objectives are focused on the handling of the legal texts referring to the subject, in the study of jurisprudence and in the development and, also, in the elaboration of the social statutes of the cooperatives.
