This teaching of Proceal Law is carried out from a gender perspective, it is not synonymous with sex or women, it is a teaching that considers sex and gender as analytical and explanatory variables. It involves paying attention to the similarities and differences in the experiences, interests, expectations, attitudes and behaviors of women and men, as well as identifying the causes and consequences of gender inequality, in order to combat it. Teaching with a gender perspective takes into account both the biological characteristics of people (sex) and the social and cultural characteristics of women and men (gender).
