General description
The main objective of this subject is to teach students the fundamentals of Human Resources and other management skills in the fashion sector. Students will acquire the necessary tools for the adequate management of talent in companies, as well as solutions to problems related to the management of headcount, teamwork, and decision-making in a creative and innovative way.
